PlayBeacon Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to PlayBeacon, a mobile application operated by Watchlight Interactive LLC. PlayBeacon helps users discover, organize, and explore Roblox games through collections, tasks, badges, and related features.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About PlayBeacon

PlayBeacon is a game discovery and organization tool that provides:

• Game discovery and recommendation features
• Custom collections for organizing games
• Tasks, badges, and collectible features
• An accessible and easy-to-use interface

PlayBeacon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. We display publicly available Roblox game information for informational and discovery purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayBeacon. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and Access

4.1 Anonymous Use (Default)

PlayBeacon can be used without creating an account. No personal information is required. Collections, tasks, badges, and preferences may be stored locally on the device.

4.2 Optional Google Sign-In

You may optionally sign in with a Google account to sync data across devices. You may unlink your account at any time through the App.

4.3 Account Responsibilities

You agree to keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized access at support@watchlightinteractive.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
• Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information
• Use the App in a way that disrupts or harms others

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All PlayBeacon software, designs, and original content are owned by Watchlight Interactive LLC. Game information from Roblox is displayed under fair use for informational purposes. Your collections and progress belong to you.

7. Advertisements

PlayBeacon displays ads to support the free experience. Ads may be provided by third-party partners and may be personalized or non-personalized. We do not control third-party ad content. Report inappropriate ads to support@watchlightinteractive.com.

8. In-App Purchases

PlayBeacon may offer optional purchases such as removing ads. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are final unless required by law. Refund requests must go through the applicable app store.

9. Third-Party Services

PlayBeacon uses Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Roblox (public data only), and Expo/EAS. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for Roblox games, third-party services, or advertisements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, if any.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

You may stop using PlayBeacon at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
